Welcome to TAPSI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TAPSI platform, including our website, APIs, and Telegram-based services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • "TAPSI," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the TAPSI platform and its operators.
  • "Service" refers to the TAPSI platform, including the Business Portal, Worker Bot, and all related services.
  • "Business" or "Client" refers to users who submit tasks for completion.
  • "Worker" refers to individuals who complete tasks through our Telegram-based system.
  • "Task" refers to any work item submitted through the platform.
  • "Credits" refers to the prepaid balance used to pay for tasks.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
  • Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
  • Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information

3. Account Registration

3.1 Business Accounts

Business users must register through our Business Portal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.

3.2 Worker Accounts

Workers register through our Telegram Bot. Workers must provide accurate information and complete the onboarding process, including skill assessments and language verification.

4. Service Description

4.1 For Businesses

TAPSI provides a platform for businesses to:

  • Upload task batches for human completion
  • Specify task requirements, including language and complexity
  • Track task progress in real-time
  • Download completed results in various formats

4.2 For Workers

TAPSI provides a platform for workers to:

  • Receive and complete tasks via Telegram
  • Earn compensation for completed tasks
  • Track earnings and performance metrics
  • Withdraw earnings to supported payment methods

5. Payments and Credits

5.1 Business Payments

  • Businesses must prepay by purchasing credits before submitting tasks.
  • Credits are deducted when tasks are completed.
  • Pricing is based on task complexity (Nano, Micro, Mini, Standard tiers).
  • Volume discounts may apply for large task batches.
  • Credits are non-refundable except where required by law.

5.2 Worker Compensation

  • Workers are compensated for successfully completed tasks.
  • Payment rates are determined by task complexity.
  • Workers are independent contractors, not employees.
  • Workers are responsible for their own taxes and reporting obligations.
  • Minimum withdrawal thresholds may apply.

5.3 Platform Fee

TAPSI retains a platform fee (currently 25%) from each task payment. This fee covers platform operations, quality control, and support services.

6. User Conduct

6.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Submit illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content or tasks
  • Attempt to circumvent platform fees or payment systems
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Use bots or automated systems to manipulate the platform
  • Submit tasks that violate third-party rights
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose

6.2 Task Guidelines

Businesses must not submit tasks that:

  • Contain illegal content (child exploitation, terrorism, etc.)
  • Require workers to perform illegal activities
  • Involve personal data collection without proper consent
  • Are designed to harm individuals or organizations
  • Violate intellectual property rights

7. Quality and Accuracy

  • TAPSI implements quality control measures but does not guarantee 100% accuracy.
  • Businesses should review results and may request rework for quality issues.
  • Workers are expected to maintain quality standards; repeated failures may result in account suspension.
  • TAPSI may use consensus validation (multiple workers per task) for quality assurance.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Platform IP

TAPSI retains all rights to the platform, including software, design, trademarks, and documentation. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any platform components without permission.

8.2 Task Content

Businesses retain ownership of task inputs and outputs. By submitting tasks, you grant TAPSI a limited license to process, store, and transmit content as necessary to provide the Service.

8.3 Worker Contributions

Workers acknowledge that task outputs are created on behalf of the Business and do not retain intellectual property rights to completed work.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TAPSI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TAPSI DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS, ACCURACY LEVELS, OR COMPLETION TIMES FOR TASKS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAPSI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

TAPSI'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO TAPSI IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TAPSI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Unused credits may be refunded at TAPSI's discretion.

13.2 By TAPSI

TAPSI may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraud, or other reasons at our sole discretion. We will provide notice when reasonably possible.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at support@tapsi.io to attempt informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

14.2 Arbitration

Any disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. Class action lawsuits are waived to the extent permitted by law.

15. Changes to Terms

TAPSI may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

16. General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TAPSI.
  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, other provisions remain in effect.
  • Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
  • Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our consent.
  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
